Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65years; 2.ASA ?-?; 3.Apel >=3; 4.Scheduled for gynecological laparoscopic procedure under general anethesia; 5.Patients provided written informed consent before participating;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic; 2.Long-term use of long-acting antimetic drugs,emetics,opioids and glucocorticoids; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Developmental delay,mental illness or severe neurological disorders; 5.Other diseases that may cause nausea or vomiting,such as hepatitis and gastric ulcers;
