Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes based on Chinese diagnostic criteria, those with diagnosis made within 2 years prior to enrollment will be recruited in priority; 2. Adults aged 18-70 years old; 3. No diabetes complications such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, etc; 4. HbA1c <=12%; 5. Willingness to participate and sign informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; 2.Currently undergoing insulin therapy; 3.Severe metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, or psychiatric disorders;
