NAC Intervention Group:NAC (N-Acetylcysteine Tablets, brand name: Flumucil) has a drug specification of 600 mg per tablet. In the first week, participants took 1200mg/d (one tablet three times daily:
OCD Group:No intervention will be administered, serving only as a pre-treatment control.
Healthy Control Group:No intervention will be administered, serving only as a pre-treatment control.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SPD Group: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Excoriation (Skin-Picking) Disorder according to DSM-5 [American Psychiatric Association, 2013, see project rationale]; (2) NE-YBOCS score > 16, HAMD-17 total score = 1 year, age between 18-49 years; (5) Han Chinese ethnicity, right-handed, education level of middle school or above; (6) Full understanding of the research content, willingness to participate and complete the entire experiment, and signed informed consent. 2. OCD Group : (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder according to DSM-5 [American Psychiatric Association, 2013]; (2) Y-BOCS total score > 16 and Y-BOCS compulsive behavior scale score > 6, HAMD-17 total score = 1 year, age between 18-49 years; (4) Han Chinese ethnicity, right-handed, education level of middle school or above; (5) Full understanding of the research content, willingness to participate and complete the entire experiment, and signed informed consent. 3. Healthy Control Group: (1) Age between 18-49 years; (2) Y-BOCS and NE-YBOCS total scores < 6; HAMD-17 total score <= 7; (3) Han Chinese ethnicity, right-handed, education level of middle school or above; (4) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. SPD Group Exclusion Criteria: (1) Neurological diseases or severe physical illnesses; (2) Pregnant women; (3) History of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence; (4) History of epileptic seizures; (5) Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders; (6) Bipolar disorder; (7) Obsessive-compulsive disorder; (8) Depression; (9) Any contraindications for MRI scanning. 2. OCD Group Exclusion Criteria: (1) Neurological diseases or severe physical illnesses; (2) Pregnant women; (3) History of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence; (4) History of epileptic seizures; (5) Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders; (6) Bipolar disorder; (7) Excoriation (skin-picking) disorder; (8) Depression; (9) Any contraindications for MRI scanning. 3. Healthy Control Group Exclusion Criteria: (1) Major physical illnesses, craniocerebral trauma, history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Family history of psychiatric disorders; (4) History of alcohol or substance abuse; (5) Currently meeting any psychiatric diagnostic criteria according to CCMD-3 and DSM-5; (6) Any contraindications for MRI scanning.
