Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Plan to reside in the study area for at least one year; 2.Pregnant women with a single fetus during the 8-12th week of pregnancy; 3.Able to independently complete the questionnaire filling and understand the research process; 4.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and willing to cooperate in the follow-up and intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A score of 1 or above on item 10 of the EPDS indicates that the pregnant woman has a certain risk of self-harm and should be promptly referred to a professional psychiatrist for further assessment; 2.There is a history of severe mental disorders such as major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. in the past; 3.There is a serious physical illness (such as severe heart disease, liver or kidney failure, etc.); 4.There is a communication disorder, an unplanned cesarean section, and inability to complete follow-up and collection of postpartum outcomes.
