Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years or older; 2.Living in the community, able to receive online training guidance independently or with the assistance of family members, able to participate in home-based training, able to understand simple instructions, and able to cooperate with assessments and training; 3.Having access to basic video communication facilities; 4.Voluntarily signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events within the past 3 months; 2.Severe orthopedic, neurological, or cardiovascular diseases that significantly impair standing, walking, or upper-limb movement; 3.Severe hearing or visual impairment affecting training safety or the ability to follow instructions; 4.Severe cognitive impairment or mental disorder preventing understanding of the study procedures; 5.Lower-limb fracture or other severe musculoskeletal injury within the past 6 months; 6.Being explicitly advised by a physician to avoid exercise; 7.Being considered unsuitable for participation by the research team; 8.Regular participation in other structured physical activities or fitness programmes in daily life.
