20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed breast cancer (Stage I-III); 2.Patients aged between 20 and 75 years; 3.Female; 4.Presence of symptoms consistent with axillary web syndrome, such as soreness or tightness in the upper limb, and cord-like structures in the axilla or inner upper arm; 5.No prior treatment for axillary web syndrome before enrollment; 6.Patient has provided informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With impaired cardiac, pulmonary, or renal function; 2.With concurrent autoimmune diseases; 3.History of recent use of anxiolytics or antidepressants; 4.Severe condition of the affected limb requiring medication or even surgical treatment; 5.Unable to complete regular follow-up within the specified time; 6.Patients with cognitive impairment or reading difficulties;
