18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation; 2. The spinal shock phase has passed; 3. Detrusor reflex is hyperactive, resulting in urinary retention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe urinary system-related diseases; 2. Comorbid urinary tract infections, tumours, stones, or other diseases; 3. Presence of severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate; 4. Metal implants within a 10 cm radius of the treatment area.
