Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age at admission <= 28 days; 2.The patient clinically presents with digestive or cutaneous symptoms including hematochezia, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation and eczema; 3. Patients who were admitted to our neonatal ward between January 1, 2019, and December 1, 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with a confirmed diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease, neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), or infectious enteritis; 2.Those with coagulation disorders, inherited metabolic diseases, or congenital digestive tract malformations; 3.Those with primary or secondary lactose intolerance; 4.Those diagnosed with IgE-mediated cow's milk protein allergy via clinical or laboratory tests, to ensure that the study cohort conforms to clinical trials focusing on neonatal cow's milk protein allergy predominantly mediated by non-IgE pathways.
