Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 40; 2. Regular menstrual cycle (25-35 days); 3. No hormone-based drugs have been used for treatment within the past three months; 4. No uterine cavity operation has been performed in the past six months; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps and other uterine lesions; 2. Combined with ovarian cysts, polycystic ovary syndrome and other ovarian diseases; 3. Previous history of uterine surgery (except for the adhesion group); 4. Combined with endocrine diseases such as thyroid dysfunction and hyperprolactinemia; 5. Combined with functional abnormalities of important organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys.
