Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.GDM group: Diagnostic criteria: (1) Meeting the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG) criteria (fasting plasma glucose >= 5.1 mmol/L, 1-hour OGTT >= 10.0 mmol/L, 2-hour OGTT >= 8.5 mmol/L); (2) Baseline characteristics: singleton pregnancy, vaginal delivery, aged 25-40 years, BMI 18.5-30 kg/m², HbA1c >= 5.7%; (3) Source: Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Fuzhou University. 2.Healthy control group: (1) Matching criteria: age ± 2 years, BMI ±1 kg/m², gestational age ±1 week; (2) Metabolic indicators: HbA1c < 5.6%, no history of glucose metabolism disorders; (3) Mode of delivery: singleton vaginal delivery, neonatal birth weight 2500–4000g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of pelvic floor surgery or severe pelvic organ prolapse (POP-Q stage III-IV); 2.Complicated with other metabolic diseases (e.g., hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome); 3.Severe pregnancy complications (e.g., gestational hypertension, preeclampsia); 4.Contraindications to MRI/ultrasound examination (e.g., metal implants, allergic predisposition).
