Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=80 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed terminal malignant tumors with no possibility of cure; 3. Clear consciousness and basic hearing, understanding and communication skills; 4. Patients and their families give informed consent and voluntarily participate in the research; 5. Able to cooperate in completing various scale assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, lung, brain, liver, or kidney failure leading to severely impaired cognitive function; 2. Those with delirium, mania and other mental illnesses or diagnosed with severe dementia; 3. Those with severe audio-visual impairment and inability to communicate effectively; 4. Those who refuse to participate in the study or are unable to complete the follow-up.
