Moderate skin photoaging group: 35–50 years old:hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Progressive skin photoaging group: 50–60 years old:hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Severe skin photoaging group: >= 60 years old.:hyperbaric oxygen therapy

35 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 35 years or above, capable of self-care, with good functional and cognitive status. 2.No contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), including untreated pneumothorax, active internal bleeding, concurrent use of certain antitumor drugs (such as cisplatin or doxorubicin), claustrophobia, etc. 3.Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have received HBOT for any reason within the past three months. 2.Individuals with a history of malignant tumor within the past one year. 3.Individuals with contraindications related to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, including untreated pneumothorax, active internal bleeding, concurrent use of certain antitumor drugs (such as cisplatin or doxorubicin), claustrophobia, etc. 4.Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, i.e., systolic blood pressure = 160 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure = 100 mmHg. 5.Individuals with any pathological cognitive decline. 6.Individuals who have undergone facial photoelectric therapy or other treatments or surgeries that may affect the results within the past three months. 7.Smokers.
