18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18–80 years who are diagnosed and treated at the Department of Neurology or Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, The First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital, with ischemic cerebrovascular disease or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. 2. Patients who have undergone cerebral arterial imaging, including vascular ultrasound, computed tomography angiography, magnetic resonance angiography, or digital subtraction angiography, and/or coronary arterial imaging, including computed tomography angiography or digital subtraction angiography, with complete vascular imaging data or reliable imaging reports available. 3. Patients with severe atherosclerotic stenosis of the major cerebral arteries and/or coronary arteries. 4. Patients with available routine clinical laboratory data, including complete blood count, coagulation function, blood lipid profile, liver function, renal function, and other biochemical parameters. 5. Patients who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-atherosclerotic intracranial arterial stenosis, including arterial dissection; moyamoya disease; systemic vasculitis or primary angiitis of the central nervous system; varicella-zoster virus or other virus-associated vasculopathies; neurosyphilis or other intracranial infections; radiation-induced vasculopathy; fibromuscular dysplasia; sickle cell disease; neurofibromatosis; reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome; postpartum angiopathy; suspected vascular spasm; and suspected vascular recanalization after embolic occlusion. 2. Patients with contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging, allergy to contrast agents, or those considered unsuitable for enrollment by the investigators.
