Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis meeting the requirements of the 2021 Primary Care Guidelines for Ischemic Stroke, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Age=60 years; 3.Short Falls Efficacy Scale-International score>7 points; 4. Modified Barthel Index=60 points; 5. Bilateral lower limb muscle strength=Grade 4; 6. Patient or cohabiting family member proficient in using smartphones or other electronic devices; 7.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe comorbidities such as primary cardiac disease, fractures, malignant hypertension, etc.; 2.Patients with psychiatric disorders; 3.Patients with language, writing, visual, or hearing impairments; 4. Participants engaged in other exercise training programs.
