Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletes holding a National Class I Athlete certificate or above, with no less than 3 years of professional rowing training experience; 2. Athletes who have maintained systematic training within the past 3 months, with no history of prolonged training interruption; 3. Athletes with normal baseline physiological and biochemical examination results, and without severe cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, or other conditions that may affect experimental safety; 4. Athletes who voluntarily agree to participate in this study and are able to complete the 8-week training intervention, nutritional supplementation, and related assessments; 5. Athletes who agree not to take any other nutritional supplements with immune-regulatory, anti-fatigue, or potentially study-confounding effects during the experimental period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athletes who experienced acute musculoskeletal injuries within 1 month before the experiment, such as acute lumbar muscle strain or rib stress fracture, or infectious diseases such as influenza or pneumonia; 2. Athletes who recently used antibiotics, glucocorticoids, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or other medications that may interfere with the measurement of immune and inflammatory indicators; 3. Athletes who are allergic to branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) or placebo components, such as food coloring or artificial sweeteners; 4. Athletes who withdrew from the team due to injury or illness during the experiment, or who were absent from training for more than 3 consecutive days, resulting in missing key experimental data; 5. Athletes who are judged by the researchers, coaches, or team physicians to be unsuitable for continuing participation in the study.
