Control group:Pursed?lip breathing, diaphragmatic breathing combined with aerobic and resistance training.
Intervention group:IoT-Based Respiratory Rehabilitation combined with aerobic and resistance training.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 75 years; 2.Confirmed as lung cancer by histopathology or imaging; 3.Patients with NSCLC who are scheduled to undergo neoadjuvant therapy followed by surgery; 4.Alert, with normal cognitive function and no impairment in mobility; 5.Individuals who are capable of online learning, have a willingness to learn, are willing to participate in respiratory rehabilitation, and are willing to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, and unstable angina; 2.Has previously undergone surgery for lung cancer; 3.Individuals currently undergoing respiratory rehabilitation; 4.People with habitual temporomandibular joint dislocation.
