Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.HD treatment duration >= 6 months; 3.Perform hemodialysis 2 to 3 times per week, with each dialysis session lasting 3 to 4 hours; 4.Have normal reading ability or language expression ability; 5.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient is in a critical condition and is accompanied by consumptive diseases such as tuberculosis, malignant tumors, and cachexia; 2.Individuals with mental disorders and cognitive impairments; 3.Those with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction who cannot cooperate;
