40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 40 to 80 years, with no gender restriction; 2. patients with a definite diagnosis of symptomatic posterior ligamentous hypertrophy, cervical spondylosis, and spinal stenosis based on clinical symptoms, signs, and cervical MRI, and scheduled to undergo posterior decompression surgery; 3. confirmed by CT to have no continuous or extensive ossification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with extensive and continuous ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament 2. There is a history of spinal tumors, infections, trauma or previous surgeries on the same segment of the spine 3. Combined with severe systemic diseases (such as active tumors, coagulation disorders, immune system diseases);
