Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age requirement: Age >= 18 years old; 2.Time range: The case period is from January 2020 to April 2026. 3.Diagnosis: High-resolution CT confirmed a complex femoral fracture, specifically including: • Comminuted fracture • With significant bone defect • Metaphyseal burst fracture • Accompanied by articular surface collapse; 4.Data quality: The imaging data is complete, clear, and in DICOM format.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The CT image shows severe motion artifacts, affecting the assessment of fractures. 2.There is a previous internal fixation implant in the fracture area, which significantly affects the current fracture visualization and analysis. 3.Severe skeletal deformities are present, making it impossible to standardize the anatomical structure.
