2 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 2-11 years; 2.ASA physical status I-II; 3.Scheduled for elective painless, non-intubated electronic gastrointestinal endoscopy; 4.Written informed consent signed by the guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of drug allergy or severe adverse drug reactions; 2.History of severe adverse events related to sedation or anesthesia; 3.Unresolved upper respiratory tract infection or active pulmonary infection; 4.Known high-risk airway, including airway anatomical abnormalities or asthma; 5.Poorly controlled central nervous system disease; 6.Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 7.Severe hepatic or renal impairment; 8.Obesity or underweight status, defined as BMI >95th percentile or <5th percentile; 9.Use of sedative-hypnotic drugs affecting the central nervous system within 48 hours before the procedure; 10.Any condition judged by the investigator to make the participant unsuitable for enrollment;
