Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Undergoing first allogeneic orthotopic liver transplantation; 3.Conscious, with normal cognitive function and adequate communication and comprehension ability; 4.Voluntarily participates in the study and provides written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction who cannot tolerate rehabilitation exercise; 2.Patients with severe musculoskeletal diseases, neurological diseases, or other conditions that significantly affect motor function; 3.Patients undergoing multi-organ transplantation; 4.Patients with severe consciousness disorder, mental disorder, or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with study assessments or rehabilitation exercise;
