Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–65 years, either sex; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III; 3. Scheduled to undergo elective shoulder arthroscopy; 4. Written informed consent provided by the patient or their legal guardian; 5. Willing to accept perioperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) = 34 kg/m²; 2. Severe coagulation disorders; 3. Severe heart disease (e.g., New York Heart Association [NYHA] functional class II or higher heart failure, aortic stenosis, or severe cardiac arrhythmias); 4. Known allergy to local anesthetics or study drugs; 5. Alcohol abuse or opioid dependence; 6. Massive rotator cuff tear (tear >5 cm, involving two or more tendon tears).
