18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clear consciousness and no cognitive dysfunction, who voluntarily participate and cooperate with this study and sign informed consent forms. 2.Aged 18 years or older;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Continuous use of anticoagulants before enrollment; 2.Presence of coagulation disorders; 3.Patients receiving multiple surgical procedures during hospitalization; 4.Patients transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) for further treatment after surgery. 5.Preoperative lower extremity venous ultrasound indicating existing lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT);
