Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged >= 18 years; 2.underwent elective ambulatory strabismus surgery under general anesthesia during the study period; 3.complete records for both pain and comfort scores at all five predefined postoperative time points (0.5, 2, 6, 10, and 24 hours).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.missing pain or comfort assessment data at any time point; 2.presence of psychiatric disorders or cognitive/communication impairments affecting pain assessmen; 3.incomplete medical records precluding the extraction of core study variables;
