Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for COPD in accordance with the GOLD guidelines; 2.aged 18 to 80 years; 3.informed and voluntarily participating in this study; 4.able to access the Internet via a smartphone independently or with the assistance of a caregiver;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. unstable condition; Complicated with other organ serious primary diseases such as renal failure, heart failure, etc; Exclude other diseases that can cause lung function decline, such as asthma, lung cancer, etc; Combined with diagnosed mental disorders and cognitive impairment diseases; At the same time, participate in other clinical studies.
