18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 60 years old; 2. Vitiligo group: Diagnosed as vitiligo by dermatologists based on clinical manifestations and necessary auxiliary examinations; 3. AITD group: Meets the clinical and laboratory diagnostic criteria for Hashimoto's thyroiditis or Graves' disease; 4. Vitiligo combined with AITD group: Meets the diagnostic criteria for both vitiligo and AITD simultaneously; 5. Healthy control group: Has no history of vitiligo, AITD or other clear autoimmune diseases, and no active skin diseases; 6. The subjects understood the research content and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Including other chronic inflammatory skin diseases, skin malignancies or systemic malignancies; 2. Including other autoimmune diseases that require systemic immunosuppressive therapy; 3. Having non-autoimmune thyroid diseases or other diseases that may significantly affect thyroid function/antibody determination; 4. Recently using systemic glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or biological agents that may significantly affect immune indicators; 5. Subjects who the investigator deems unsuitable for participation in this study or unable to complete data collection.
