Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children newly admitted to the kindergarten's junior and middle classes in the fall of 2024; 2. Children whose date of birth ranges from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2021; 3. Guardians provided informed consent and were willing to cooperate with the intervention, check-in, and assessment procedures of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with diseases that are unsuitable for moderate-intensity exercise as assessed by a physician, such as congenital heart disease, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, severe autism, severe anemia, etc.; 2.Children who have participated in similar exercise intervention studies within the past 3 months; 3.Children whose guardians are unable to cooperate with the intervention, check-in, or assessment procedures; 4.Children who transfer schools or leave the kindergarten for a long time during the intervention period and cannot complete the follow-up.
