Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age >= 18 years; 2.non-traumatic in-hospital and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients; 3.received chest compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the emergency resuscitation room; 4. the patient or his legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant; 2.Advanced disease (e.g., end-stage cancer); 3.Patients who have signed a Do-Not-Resuscitate (DNR) consent form; 4.Cardiac arrest clearly caused by trauma; 5.Diseases or treatments that clearly affect peripheral circulation of the extremities, such as Raynaud's phenomenon, vasculitis, or aortic balloon occlusion;
