Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All participants were over 18 years of age, underwent prenatal screening via both prenatal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), had complete genetic testing reports, and had comprehensive clinical histories.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other fetal central nervous system malformations, presence of severe congenital anomalies in other fetal systems, presence of severe medical or infectious diseases in the pregnant woman, or poor image quality of radiological examinations.
