Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019" , and who have been diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI; 2.Age 18 years or above, and 59 years or below; 3.In the recovery or sequelae stage with stable vital signs; 4.Informed consent and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having severe cognitive impairment, aphasia or visual/hearing impairment, and being unable to cooperate in completing the survey; 2.Suffering from severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, respiratory failure and malignant tumors; 3.Participating in other clinical studies at the same time.
