Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing their first attempt at extubation after cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Meeting any one of the following criteria for high risk of extubation failure: (1) Body mass index > 30 kg/m^2; (2) Age > 65 years; (3) Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) = 4 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have never attempted extubation; 2.Tracheostomized patients without a prior extubation attempt; 3.Patients who refuse reintubation; 4.Patients whose initial treatment duration is < 4 hours due to intolerance, respiratory deterioration, or other reasons;
