Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children and adolescents aged between 7 and 17 years; 2.Continuous residence in the project area for >=6 months, with local school enrollment; 3.Informed consent signed by guardian and child (>=8 years old);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological or secondary obesity (e.g., Prader-Willi syndrome, etc.); 2.Severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, or congenital metabolic disorders; 3.Severe mental illness that prevents completion of the questionnaire;
