Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the international diagnostic criteria for specific CTDS (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis/polymyositis, Sjogren's syndrome, vasculitis, mixed connective tissue disease, etc.); 2. High-resolution CT confirmed the presence of ILD; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. Have complete baseline (at the time of the first comprehensive assessment after diagnosis) data of the indicators to be studied; 5. Have at least one year of complete follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ILD caused by concurrent pulmonary infection or other pulmonary diseases, or other clear reasons (such as occupation, medication, idiopathic); 2. Baseline data is severely missing (>30%); 3. The follow-up period was insufficient (<6 months) and no outcome events occurred.
