Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18; 2. Gender: any; 3. Remaining peripheral blood from newly diagnosed AML patients or health check-up participants can be used for PBMC isolation; 4. Newly diagnosed AML patients have not received systemic treatment before sample collection; 5. Peripheral blood samples from health check-up participants are leftover samples, with no extra blood drawn; 6. Sample quality meets the requirements for in vitro experiments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Insufficient sample volume or PBMC quality failing to meet criteria; 2.Severely missing clinical data, making verification of eligibility impossible; 3.Samples deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator's judgment;
