Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–80 years, either sex; 2. Meet WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by cranial CT/MRI as ischemic stroke, with first-ever onset; 3. Onset within 7–14 days, vital signs stable, and no progression of neurological deficits; 4. Able to cooperate with rehabilitation training and assessment, without significant disturbance of consciousness; 5. Presence of unilateral lower extremity motor dysfunction, with Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) grade 1–3 on the affected side; 6. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >=21, able to understand verbal instructions; 7. Written informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic stroke; 2. History of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or positive screening findings; 3. Severe peripheral arterial disease, limb ischemia, Raynaud's disease, or local skin infection/breakdown; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension: SBP > 180 mmHg or DBP > 110 mmHg; 5. Severe cardiac insufficiency, respiratory failure, or malignant arrhythmias; 6. Lower extremity fracture, joint dislocation, severe osteoarthropathy, or joint contracture; 7. Pre-existing Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, Guillain-Barré syndrome, or other conditions affecting walking; 8. Coagulation abnormalities, bleeding tendency, or high risk for anticoagulation; 9. Inability to cooperate with training or assessment.
