Intervention group:he intervention group was given the SARAH hand function exercise program based on ITHBC for a total of 12 weeks.
Control group:Implement the regular hand function exercise guidance program for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. RA diagnosed according to the 1987 ACR classification criteria or the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of RA , with stable disease activity; 2. Age >= 60 years and community-dwelling for >= 6 months; 3. Hand functional limitation (SOFI >= 1); 4. Adequate cognitive and communicative abilities; 5. Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent enrollment in similar interventional studies; 2. Severe comorbid physical or psychiatric conditions; 3. Fixed joint deformities (e.g., subluxation, ulnar deviation, boutonnière or swan-neck deformity) or ankylosis; 4. RA-related surgery or other hand surgery within the previous 3 months.
