Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for AECOPD; 2.The concurrent group meets the diagnostic criteria for type II respiratory failure; 3.Age = 60 years; 4.Clear cognition, with no missing clinical data; 5.Exempt from informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma; 2.Combined with hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases or malignant tumors; 3.Within the past 4 weeks, there has been a history of systemic use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants or large-scale surgical treatment; 4.Combined with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5.Combined with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, acute cerebrovascular accidents or shock and other critical conditions; 6.Combined with pneumothorax, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism or pneumonia and other diseases causing acute respiratory distress; 7.Pregnant, lactating or with severe mental disorders;
