Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for severe tetanus;2. the complications of secondary pulmonary embolism and gastrointestinal bleeding were identified during hospitalization; 3. the length of stay is more than 30 days; 4. the medical records are complete, including complete records of diagnosis, treatment, examination, nursing and prognosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with non-severe tetanus;2. only a single complication was secondary, or there were no related complications; 3. the medical records are seriously missing and cannot support the research and analysis.
