Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old who presented with acute abdominal pain, were diagnosed with acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP) or acute cholangitis and were admitted for treatment due to suspicion of extrahepatic bile duct stones; 2. Patients gave their informed consent to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate in the study and are unable to give informed consent; those who are not suitable or unable to tolerate endoscopic diagnosis and treatment (such as patients with severe conditions or organ failure).
