Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least one of the IVF/ICSI-ET/FET procedures resulted in failure; 2. The thickness of the endometrium was less than 7 mm after a natural cycle or hormone replacement therapy; 3. The endometrium was repeatedly found to be thin and no abnormalities were detected during hysteroscopy within six months; 4. Both partners had normal chromosome tests. 5. At least one IVF/ICSI-ET/FET transfer has failed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine anatomical abnormalities, like septate uterus, bicornuate uterus, or unicornuate uterus; 2. Organic lesions in the uterus or uterine cavity: endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, endometrial tuberculosis, etc.; 3. Contraindications for using GM-CSF: patients allergic to GM-CSF; 4. Long-term oral contraceptive users; 5. Clomiphene-stimulated cycles; 6. Hydrosalpinx; 7. Other internal medicine, surgical, or psychiatric conditions.
