Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Met the relevant diagnostic criteria outlined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (2025 Edition). 2.All patients were in the acute phase. 3.Patients were able to tolerate and receive triple inhalation therapy. 4.Patients were mentally stable and fully conscious. 5.Both general demographic data and clinical examination records were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysfunction of vital organs such as the kidneys, liver, or heart, or those with hematological diseases. 2. Patients who had undergone major surgery or received immunomodulators or glucocorticoids within the last 3 months. 3. Patients with other pulmonary diseases, such as asthma or pulmonary tuberculosis. 4. Patients with malignant wasting diseases. 5. Patients with immune system diseases. 6. Patients with cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders. 7. Patients in the stable phase of the disease.
