Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Congenital flexion deformity; 2.Pelnac artificial dermis was used for skin defects after release of flexion finger.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. flexion deformity caused by scar contracture; 2.Allergic history to artificial dermal substitutes or other materials used in surgery.
