60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years; 2. ASA classification of I to III; 3. Scheduled to undergo elective endoscopic nasal surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Agreement to participate in this study and complete the entire postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MMSE score <17 (for uneducated individuals), <20 (for primary school education), <24 (for secondary education or above); 2.History of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 3.Drug-related contraindications (severe sinus bradycardia, severe hypotension, uncontrolled hypertension, allergy, etc.); 4.Inability to communicate preoperatively (coma, severe dementia, or language barriers); 5.Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C); 6.Severe renal insufficiency (preoperative dialysis).
