18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by clinical imaging and/or pathology, and complicated with decompensated liver cirrhosis meeting the above definition. 2. First-time antineoplastic therapy recipients without prior radical surgery, liver transplantation, TACE, or systemic targeted/immunotherapy. 3. Received local liver ablation or ablation combined with partial hepatectomy as an intervention. 4. Complete pre- and postoperative laboratory and imaging data were available for analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-HCC liver tumors or liver metastases. 2. Presence of malignant tumors in other organ systems. 3. Those with missing key clinical data or follow - up data.
