Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female, aged18-75years; 2.Pathologically confirmed gynecological malignancy; 3.Scheduled for laparoscopic radical surgery; 4.ASA I-III; 5.Informed consent obtained;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Severe cardiopulmonary or renal insufficiency , or uncontrolled endocrine disorders; 3.Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy or skin breakdown; 4.Allergy to warming device materials; 5.Pregnancy or lactation;
