Inclusion criteria: 1.EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer with histologically/cytopathologically confirmed transformation to small cell or large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with survival time without complete records. 2.Patients with incomplete clinicopathological information;
