Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Children : 1. Diagnosed with epilepsy by neurologists from Grade 2 Class A or above hospitals, in accordance with the 2017 epilepsy classification criteria of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE). 2.Aged 6 to 12 years (school-age children). 3.Disease duration of no less than 3 months. Inclusion Criteria for Parents : 1.Primary caregivers who take charge of the daily care of the child. 2.Have lived with the child for no less than 6 months. 3.Aged 18 years or older. 4.Have received primary school education or above and possess reading and comprehension abilities. 5.Provide informed consent and participate in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Children: 1.Complicated with other severe neurological diseases (e.g., brain tumor, sequelae of encephalitis, etc.). 2.Complicated with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other vital organs. 3.In status epilepticus or acute seizure phase. Exclusion Criteria for Parents: 1. With a history or current diagnosis of severe mental illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.). 2.Suffering from cognitive or communication disorders and unable to complete the questionnaire. 3.Participating in other psychological intervention studies concurrently.
