Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 10 and <= 19; (2) Adolescents with depression meeting the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria; (3) Willing to participate voluntarily, with a genuine desire to express their true feelings and possessing a certain level of verbal communication ability. 2. Caregiver inclusion criteria: (1) Living with the patient and assuming primary responsibility for their care both during hospitalisation and after discharge; (2) Providing care for more than 4 hours per day; (3) Willing to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from a serious physical illness; (2) Co-morbid with other mental disorders; (3) Substance abuse. 2. Caregiver exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are unconscious or have communication difficulties that prevent them from cooperating with the survey; (2) Suffering from a serious physical illness; (3) Those receiving remuneration.
