Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Possession of an associate degree or higher educational qualification and a valid nursing license; 2.Currently employed in a clinical nursing position; 3.Voluntary participation in this research study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nursing personnel engaged in advanced training, internships, standardized residency programs, or rotational assignments within a specialized department for less than three months; 2.Concurrent participation in other training programs or clinical research studies that may potentially interfere with the outcomes of this investigation; 3.ndividuals planning extended leave (such as maternity or medical leave) or prolonged external academic engagements during the research period;
