Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged = 65 years, patients scheduled for neuraxial puncture, regardless of gender; 2.No contraindications to neuraxial puncture; 3.Normal mental and cognitive function, able to cooperate with the entire research process; 4.Complete and available clinical information and relevant data of the patients; 5.The affected part does not interfere with the acquisition of relevant ultrasound images of the neuraxial region; 6.Patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of allergy to coupling agent; 2.Patients with local infection, bleeding or developmental deformity at the neuraxial puncture site; 3.Patients who have received previous surgical treatment on the relevant sites of neuraxial puncture;
